Released for duty free retail this heavily peated Bunnahabhain has a distinctive taste created by the peated malted barley used in production. Cruach-Mhona which is pronounced Cru-ach Vhona means ‘peat stack’ in Gaelic. Bottled at 50% abv.
Our Tasting Notes
Nose: Fruity with tarry rope, vanilla, peat and custard creams.
Palate: Citrus and smoke with a little toffee sweetness, fruity and spicy with aged oak.
Finish: Chocolate and vanilla, citrus and smoke.
