Their rum is made using traditional techniques, including the use of copper pot stills and oak barrels for aging. The rum is made from a blend of molasses and sugar, which is fermented using a specially selected strain of yeast. The fermented wash is then double-distilled in copper pot stills to produce a clean, smooth spirit.
After distillation, the rum is aged in oak barrels for a minimum of two years, which gives it a rich, complex flavor. The barrels used for aging are carefully selected to impart a unique flavor profile to the rum.
