This White Wine is made of a typical grape variety from the South West of France-Gros Manseng. It undergoes a skin contact vinification method, meaning the that the fermentation takes place with whole grapes so the juice stays in contact with the skin. this process gives the wine its orange colour and a unique fresh taste of white peach and citrus with a long textured finish.
