The company’s first winery was opened in 1975 in Valdepenas. It remains one of the world’s largest family-owned wine facilities, able to receive 7.5 million kilograms of grapes per day during harvest. It has a large cellar of American oak barrels for Crianza, reserve and Gran Reserva wines. A second winery was opened in 2011 in La Puebla de Almoradiel in La Mancha region.
Rich aromas of dark fruit lead to a full-bodied and fruity wine with oaky vanilla notes and a long, expressive finish. A juicy treat to drink on its own or perfect to pair with lamb or anything chargrilled as well as cheese, pairing particularly well with blue cheese.
