Made with honey and sloe berries the Bruadar Scottish malt whisky liqueur is smooth and well balanced but not overly sweet. This liqueur is formerly known as ‘Scottish Highland’ but has been rebranded to Bruadar due to the words Gaelic connection to the word ‘dream’. This certainly is a dreamy Scottish liqueur.
Our Tasting Notes
Nose: Rich with plenty of natural honey sweetness, there’s a big punch of juicy berries which leads to creamy oats and floral aromas.
Palate: Intense plum notes with malted barley, tangy sloe berries and some wonderful spice.
Finish: Malty and fruity with plenty of spice.
