Citadelle utilises a unique and patented ‘progressive infusion’ technique that allows the botanicals to infuse for a varied time and at varied abv to bring out the desired flavours. Alongside the 19 botancials used in the classic Citadelle, including juniper grown at the chateau, Jardin D’Ete adds fresh peel and flesh of lemons, the pulp of melon and yuzu which are vacuum distilled to preserve freshness.
