2017 Vintage Rose English Sparkling Wine from Sussex single vineyard. 100% Pinot Noir 4 years on lees and 1 year on cork. The nose is superbly nuanced, with cranberry, cherry and raspberry notes; and the palate is strikingly elegant with gentle brioche and tangerine-peel notes carried by a wave of crunchy and fresh red berry summer fruit. A soft mousse and a great acidity runs all the way through to a creamy and persistent finish.
