Douglas Laing’s Scallywag is a Small Batch bottling created using only the finest Speyside Malts including – amongst others – Mortlach, Macallan and Glenrothes. The original Scallywag launched in 2013, followed by the first Limited Edition Cask Strength bottling in 2015. We are now delighted to present to you Scallywag Cask Strength Aged 12 Years, a strictly limited of just 6000 bottles which has been matured in 100% Sherry Casks for 12 years before being bottled at 53.6% ABV
 
Official Tasting Notes
Nose: Hints of cereal and citrus peel, sweet toffee and sherry. lighter spice notes
Palate: lots of spice and malt, molasses sweetness with more sherry come through
Finish: long finish, soft sherry sweetness
