This pack will support The Elysian Whisky Bar in Fitzroy, Melbourne. This bar has been at the centre of the Australian whisky industry for many years now achieving the highest awards possible and delivering exceptional customer service.
Whisky 1
Caledonian 1987 Aged 31 Years Single Grain Scotch Whisky – Signatory Vintage (30ml)
This cask strength single grain whisky was distilled at the Caledonian distillery before being placed in an Ex-Bourbon Hogshead Barrel and left to mature for 31 years. In May 2019 it was bottled at 50.2% abv as part of the Signatory Vintage cask strength collection.
Only 249 bottles were produced for worldwide distribution.

Fettercairn 2008 Aged 10 Years Single Malt Scotch Whisky – Rest & be Thankful (30ml)
Aged in a single ex bourbon cask for a 10 years. Distilled in October 2008 and bottled in May 2019, bottled at cask strength with only 218 bottles produced. 55.9% abv

Teaninich 2009 Aged 10 Years Single Malt Scotch Whisky – Rest & Be Thankful (30ml)
Distilled at the lesser known Teaninich distillery in the Highlands of Scotland on May 13th 2009 and left to age for 10 years in a single ex bourbon hogshead. Bottled by independent bottler Rest & Be Thankful a week after its 10th birthday on May 20th 2019. Only 270 bottles produced at 60.4% abv.

Benrinnes 2007 Aged 11 Years Single Malt Scotch Whisky – Rest & Be Thankful (30ml)
Produced at the Benrinnes distillery. Aged in an ex bourbon hogshead from April 2007 to May 2019, and then bottled at cask strength. Only 281 bottles produced. 56.8% abv

Ben Nevis 1991 Aged 27 Years Single Malt Scotch Whisky – Signatory Vintage (700ml)
This single cask single malt whisky was distilled at the Ben Nevis distillery before being placed in a Refill Sherry Butt and left to mature for 27 years. In May 2019 it was bottled at 57.5% abv as part of the Signatory Vintage cask strength collection.
Only 477 bottles were produced for worldwide distribution.

Glen Keith 1993 Aged 21 Years Single Malt Scotch Whisky – Warehouse Collection (30ml)
Distilled at the Glen Keith Distillery on the 12th of July 1993 and left to mature in an ex Bourbon barrel. Finished in a n ex rum octave and bottled on the 8th of may 2015. Only 72 bottles were produced. 52.9% abv
