A new addition to the 1792 Bourbon offerings, this delicious, bold Bourbon is un-Chillfiltered, only being filtered through a plate and frame filter, allowing for a higher ABV and rich, strong flavour. It has been bottled at 62.5% ABV.
Our Tasting Notes
Nose: Sweet brown sugar and maple syrup, with a touch of oaky spice
Taste: More sweetness, but more like toffee, there’s a hint of smoke and spice.
Finish: Long finish, sweet with baking spices
