This delicious English gin is produced at the Capreolus distillery in the Cotswolds.Garden Swift Gin (formerly known as Garden Tiger Gin is the winner of the hugely prestigious Whisky Exchange Spirit of the Year Award 2017. A recipe of 34 ingredients which include and not limited toSicilian blood orange and flowers from Tillia cordata, a particular variety of small-leaved lime tree native to Britain.
Luxurious and incredibly complex, this is a drink to be savoured neat as much as in cocktails (we do love a Gin & Tonic). We hope that you enjoy it as much as we do.
Our Tasting Notes
Nose: Dried orchard fruits of apple and peach, fresh citrus, garden herbs and cinnamon spice
Palate: Pine, floral notes of honeysuckle and apple blossom, summer fruits and poached pear.
Finish: Soft spices of cinnamon and nutmeg, tropical fruits and juniper.
