Owned by The Edrington Group the Glenrothes Distillery is considered one of the larger names in the whisky industry. It has been around since 1878 producing a whisky with wonderful cereal and fruity notes. This whisky was bottled and looked after by Signatory Vintage drawing the spirit from only two ex-bourbon Hogshead barrels after 21 years of maturation and bottling at 46% abv. We all know this one is going to be very memorable.
