Hyde Single Grain Irish whiskey is made on a traditional ‘Coffey Still’ from pure Corn and Barley grain. It is a triple distilled, pure grain, Irish whiskey from one single distillery location. Made in small batches and not blended in any way. It is matured for over 6 years in flame charred, first fill, ex-bourbon casks from Kentucky in the USA. The way Irish Whiskey should be presented.
Hyde whisky is a multi award winning product carefully selected from Irelands very best whiskey distilleries. They then selected the best casks for maturation which are sourced directly from distilleries and bodegas around the world. The result is Irish whiskey as it should be, influenced by Sherry, Rum, Bourbon, Stout Beer and Port.
All the whiskey from Hyde is non chill filtered which means you receive it as natural as it gets, full of character and no colour added.

Tasting Notes
Nose: Middle eastern spices with salted caramel and American straight Bourbon aromas.
Taste: More spices, freshly baked sponge cake and raw cake batter.
Finish: Oak and toasted barley, vanilla and spice.
