Clementine de la Mer is a complex fun blend of white grapes, fermented on-skins, unfined & unfiltered.In the amber/natural wine spectrum, Clementine is grown high up in the cool mountains of the Central Ranges. Wild yeast ferment, blend of Semillon, Sauvignon Blanc, Riesling & Gewurztraminer. A little cloudy like the ocean, bright aromas of passionfruit, grapefruit, rose, quince & nashi pear with white peach, orange peel & tang of sea spray.
