Our Tasting Notes
Nose: Apple crumble, buttery, toasted barley, distillery doors and vanilla custard.
Palate: Vanilla slice with apricot jam and red liquorice shoe laces. Balanced oak, little smoky and with a touch of coffee bean.
Finish: Sticky date pudding sauce and more spicy oak.
