A Mauritian rum blended with vanilla, nutmeg and other tropical spices, and named after the rare Pink Pigeon – another native of Mauritius, brought close to extinction in the 90s but now flapping around again in much healthier numbers. Made at the Medine Estate through a partnership between The Indian Ocean Rum company and our friends at Berry Brothers & Rudd.
