This pack will support a fund to help bars in Melbourne when the lockdown restrictions are lifted. This could be through free tastings, bottle donations or advertising.

Tomintoul Speyside Glenlivet Oloroso Cask Finish Single Malt Scotch Whisky Aged 12 Years has been lovingly crafted, from a selection of the finest Oloroso sherry casks, and aged for at least 12 years. 40% abv

Glenlivet 2007 UCF Aged 10 Years Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky – Signatory Vintage (30ml)
This single malt whisky was distilled at the Glenlivet distillery in the year 2007 and left to mature in a single 1st fill Sherry Butt for 10 years. It was then bottled in 2017 at 46% abv and un-chillfiltered.

Glencadam Aged 19 Years Oloroso Sherry Finish Single Malt Scotch Whisky (30ml)
Awarded a Silver Outstanding at the IWSC for the whisky category of Scotch Single Malt Highland 14-19 YO Cask Finish. The IWSC celebrates the top Medal Winners of the International Wine and Spirit Competition and is held every year with the 2016 ceremony taking place at the Vintners’ Hall in the City of London.
Glencadam 19 Year Old Oloroso Sherry Cask Finish is a limited edition of only 6000 bottles. 46% abv

This bottling is a return to the style of some of the earliest Arran Single Malt, which was mostly matured in Sherry Casks. During a tasting, this expression is the perfect partner to our Quarter Cask ‘The Bothy’ as it showcases the skill and expertise of our Master Distiller in his work with different wood types and supreme cask selection. 55.8% abv

Edradour Caledonia Aged 12 Years Single Malt Scotch Whisky  (30ml)
At a strength of 46% abv and unchillfiltered, Caledonia retains maximum flavour with great depth and body. Initial maturation in ex-bourbon casks followed by an Oloroso Finish of 4-5 years. An old fashioned whisky for those looking for how whisky used to be made.

Deanston 2006 Aged 11 Years Single Malt Whisky – Signatory Vintage (30ml)
This independent bottle by Signatory has been matured in a 1st Fill Sherry Butt for 11 years. It’s part of the Signatory Vintage cask strength collection and only 640 bottles were produced for worldwide distribution. 64.6% abv
