Seven Sisters Gin 70cl

A gin that started life at the 600-acre Rathfinny Estate on the South Downs, where Sussex sparkling wines are made. The Seven Sisters Gin is a classic hand-crafted London Dry Gin produced from a blend of grape spirit and grain spirit. It is infused with nine of the finest traditional botanicals. The gin is distilled in a two-stage process, first using a 350 litre copper pot still to draw the richest flavours from the wine, leaving a grape spirit with only the brightest aromatics, rich in red berry and stone fruit with a hint of citrus. The addition of a neutral grain spirit blended with the botanicals is then distilled again producing a gin rich in Juniper and citrus with the wine providing complex fruit aromas giving the spirit depth. Wonderful on its own over ice, in a G&T or served as a Sussex martini with Seven Sisters Vermouth.
