The Tiger Snake is Australia’s first legal Sour Mash Whiskey. The inspiration for Tiger Snake comes from those great Tennessee Whiskeys and Kentucky Bourbons. The team at the Great Southern Distillery have used a classic grain bill of corn, rye and malted barley, sourced entirely from the pristine fields of Western Australia. Now available in its most natural state, cask strength. Bottled at 65.6% from barrel SM18.
Tasting Notes
This full flavoured sour mash is bursting with tones of vanilla, caramel and hazelnuts. This mixed grain whiskey is richly textured with elegant spices and fruit with a smooth creamy finish.
