Timmermans is one of only a handful of traditional Lambic breweries from the outskirts of Brussels. A lambic blend is given further fermentation by addition of fruit which after conditioning gives a pronounced flavour and aroma. An immense cherry flavour, agreeably sweet and fruity bouquet – a long lingering taste with a powerful nose.
